This is my general Terms of Service. I will also include one in your invoice with only the sections relevant to your commission along with any changes made based on our discussion of said commission.

Process

  1. You fill in this order form.
  2. I send you an acceptance email, ask for clarification or additional references if needed
  3. Once all the details are settled I send you a PayPal invoice and when that is paid I start on the commission.
  4. For most regular commissions I'll send you 2-4 initial idea sketches to choose from. I might send more wips (works in progress) as I continue but these are the only ones you're guaranteed to get unless you specifically ask for more.
  5. You choose which sketch you want me to go forward with and check for anything you want changed. After you give me approval I move on to finishing it.
  6. I send you the final image and you let me know if there's anything you want changed.
